What is the best way to cope after a break up?

Well, the best advice i can give you is try not thinking about
him, when you do think about all the negatives, listen to
HAPPY music(Never EVER listen to sad love songs, you’ll
just hurt yourself doing so) cry it all out, but afterwards make
it your goal to really try and not cry about him anymore; sure
you may fail at this goal once or twice but what matters is that
you make it again and before you know it you’ll reach it. Avoid
all contact with him what so ever. Hang out with friends and
try not talking about him, just keep your mind busy(:
